Sex and the City Sequel Seeks Extras in NYC

Just how much can the world take of four thirtysomethings failing at love and comparing conquests over brunch? A lot, apparently. There were 94 episodes of Sex and the City on HBO, and last summer's movie version was so successful that the much hinted-at sequel is now in the works. And thanks to Grant Wilfley Casting, fans of that famous foursome have a shot at being a part of the action.

The casting agency recently announced an open casting call for "background performers," to be held in New York City (where else?) on Aug. 4. So if you think you have what it takes to portray a fashion model, "celebrity type," upscale socialite, fashionista, club-goer, gay man or lesbian, someone of Middle Eastern, Arabic, Asian, European or British background or a professional soccer player, get more details here, grab your most expensive shoes and try not to embarrass yourself.
