Audrey Tatou-Starring Coco avant Chanel Gets English Trailer

Before Coco Chanel founded her eponymous, legendary design house, she was poor, orphaned and full of fashion ideas that no one had attempted to execute before.

It's a story that deserves to be told, and Amelie actress Audrey Tatou is taking it on, along with director/co-writer Anne Fontaine, in the film Coco avant Chanel (Coco Before Chanel). With the English-version trailer now released online, those still brushing up on their French can get a preview of the rags-to-riches story, which will be out in theaters Sept. 27.
