Lou Barlow Tours, Launches LooTube, Keeps Tour Diary for Paste

Lou Barlow, OG fuzz-rocker of Dinosaur Jr. and Sebadoh fame, recently unveiled the first music video off his forthcoming LP, Goodnight Unknown (out Oct. 6 on Merge) via Stereogum. "Don't Apologize", as it's titled, is an ball of introspection pulled straight from the Barlow canon. Now, if an as-yet-unidentified paranoia of blogs prevents you from clicking that link, you can still get your emotive-Barlow fix: He's handily collecting all of his videos for Goodnight Unknown into a new pet project: LooTube.

Barlow will be posting a music video each week on LooTube, as part of the runup to the release of Goodnight Unknown, and hopefully a couple more companion making-of documentaries, like the one that's up now for "Don't Apologize". He'll also be hitting the road this fall with his bandmates from Dinosaur Jr. and California punksters Missingmen for a coast-to-coast tour. And stay tuned to Paste's Dear Diary blog, as Barlow will be keeping a tour diary for us as he cruises the highways and byways of the lower forty-eight:
