Thao with the Get Down Stay Down Announce Fall Tour

Thao with the Get Down Stay Down have finalized plans for a fall tour, in support of their follow-up to last year's We Brave Bee Stings and All.

Know Better Learn Faster, the band's sophomore effort, is set for an Oct. 13 release through Kill Rock Stars. It features songs that Thao with the Get Down Stay Down previewed throughout their tour earlier this year, such as "Body" and "Good Bye Good Luck."

Label mates The Portland Cello Project and David Schultz will open for the band throughout the tour, with the exception of the Oct. 18 appearance at the Treasure Island Music Festival.
