Although This Is It, won't hit theaters for another two weeks, a new Michael Jackson song called, you guessed it, "This Is It," can be heard now.
The tune is classic King of Pop in the vein of "You Are Not Alone" or "Man in the Mirror," with a subdued fingersnap beat, strings and heavy background harmonies—harmonies sung by Jackson's squad of brothers. And yes, Michael sounds great.
Luckily, this isn't quite it; the concert film will hit theaters for a brief, two-week run starting Oct. 28 and a two-disc soundtrack will drop the day before, including two versions of the title track.

Thanks for sharing the song. Actually liked Michael's vocals, but not crazy about the production. Especially, disliked the background singers. And that's the Jackson 3-5 or so? I'd give it a 7.5. Is there an acoustic version?

Michael's songs are always the best because he gave the best and had the talent! M.J. is the only King of Pop, never will be another one! I miss M.J. so much, I feel so bad that people here in America were so judgemental of him that he never performed here again after the allegations made against him, he went out of the U.S. to those who were kind, non-judgemental and accepting of who he was..a very kind, loving & wonderful person. I grew up with M.J., believed in him always even though he is still a human being, he is one person that has touched my heart beyond words, I love M.J. and miss him dearly, Anna, Salt Lake City, Utah
