With writing and recording music as well as acting serving as well-trodden territory for Jack White, it seems the one-man guitarmy has decided he's ready to tackle yet another new medium: directing. The video for Dead Weather's funky "I Cut Like a Buffalo" was directed by White, and it's quite the visual:
So is there anything Jack White can't do? How about upholstery? There's no way this guy is that crafty. Oh, wait...

I love this new video! Thanks for posting it on Twitter! Cheers.
Eh... I like the song and have the album (which in my opinion was the weakest album Jack's ever been on including the Loretta Lynn album), but that wasn't a very good "video", it was more like a weird photo shoot. Most of those images could have been still shots and put in Paste magazine. So it looked neat, nice design I guess, (a blue background ha), but as a video there were tons of mistakes etc... And maybe sloppy was what he was going for, but if i hadn't liked that song already that video wouldn't have won me over. i mean hey i like belly dancers don't get me wrong. And backwards effects wow. Is it me or does jack looks like he would be a better Tim Burton character than Johnny Depp any day, i think they cast the wrong mad hatter in that new Alice movie!!
