For 20 years, fans of The Simpsons have plopped down on their couches to see what antics the Springfield family will get into next. And for nearly 53 years, fans of Playboy have checked out the female specimen in the privacy of their own home. But neither the television show nor the magazine dared to show some cartoon skin in a titillating way. That is, until now.
Founder Hugh Hefner first dropped a hint via Twitter in August, saying, "Marge Simpson has a surprise for her fans in the November issue of Playboy." But as TMZ.com, er, revealed, today, one of Paste's Best TV Moms of the Last 20 Years is officially confirmed as the magazine's first-ever cartoon cover star.
A three-page spread, though "obviously somewhat tongue-in-cheek," also
promises to be a tasteful delivery of the mother of three, said Scott
Flanders, Playboy's new CEO. Flanders further tells the Chicago Sun-Times
that the issue, hitting newsstands only, is also designed to attract a
younger demographic to the magazine. Meanwhile, subscribers can expect
to see a celebrity in the actual flesh next month.

i have kids that watch the simpsons, how could you guys do that, i cant let them watch simpsons anymore, it wont be appropriate. you guys are doing this because you know that family guy is the top cartoon of this decade. so you want to win, but who cares, simpsons have been in business for 20 decades, its in history. and now if you put them in playboy, it will ruin the simpsons definately for good you wanna know why?? because at one point people will talk and eventually they will forget. and then you will have nothing else to show for it, you will ruin simpsons!!! thanks alot for trying to corrupt my and any other children.

M, I don't know what kind of retardland you come from, but the Simpsons was never meant to be and still isn't a show aimed at children. It's for adults. That's why it comes on during primetime. Before, you know, all the other adult-aimed cartoons. So if you're letting your kids watch it, that's your own shoddy parenting and ignorance's fault. Dumbass. Take a seat and shut up.
Hey lady who said Simpsons is for kids. Get a clue, it's not.. Shouldn't be for kids under 16 or 14. Ruin the Simpsons? wow, again, they've been around 20 years, I don't think the producers/writers/creators have anything to worry about.
You must turn on the tv and let The Simpsons babysit your kids while you're doing god knows what! Have you ever watched an episode?! And did you drop them off to see the movie? I guess you didn't realize that Bart's little willy was shown. You probably let them watch South Park too!!! Some responsible parenting you're doing there.
