Reviewing albums for a living ain’t a bad way to spend your days.

But reviewing 1000 albums in a year, well, that takes a bit more dedication. Such is the task of Christopher R. Weingarten, who has taken to his Twitter account, @1000TimesYes, to do just that. It looks like he might just pull it off, too; just yesterday he posted number 955. Frankly, we’re rooting for the guy. But the work of a music journalist doesn’t end with reviewing music, even when you’re reviewing more albums than most people listen to in years. You’ve got to do some interviews, too. True to form, Weingarten will interview rock ‘n’ roller/gundam fan/risk taker/Cartoon Network star/all-around renaissance man, Andrew W.K., today on Twitter at 1 p.m. EST. You can tweet questions to Weingarten all morning. And no, using the word “party” doesn’t guarantee your question will be asked. But hey, it couldn’t hurt.
