Next year’s Lilith Fair revival will feature Brandi Carlile, Janelle Monae and Miranda Lambert among festival veterans Tegan and Sara, Indigo Girls and Sheryl Crow.
Other acts confirmed to perform include A Fine Frenzy, Butterfly Boucher, Chairlift, Corinne Bailey Rae, Emmylou Harris, Erykah Badu, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Jill Scott, Mary J. Blige, Metric, Sara Bareilles, The Submarines, Sugarland, The Weepies, and Zee Avi.
Founded by Sarah MacLachlan, Lilith Fair drew over 1.5 million fans to its three consecutive years of female-led live music, from 1997 to 1999. It also became one of the highest grossing touring festivals in the world, after raising over $10 million for national and local charities.
