This Friday (Jan. 22), the MTV-networks sponsored Hope For Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief telethon will run on just about every television network in existence. The event will bring together a long list of musicians and actors, including Coldplay, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen and Wyclef Jean.

Broadcast from New York, L.A., London and Haiti, the telethon will run for two (commercial-free) hours on all the major networks starting at 8 p.m. George Clooney will host the show from L.A. while CNN’s Anderson Cooper reports in from Haiti. There’s a full list of broadcasters and performers on MTV’s site.

All of the broadcast’s performances—including a collaboration between Bono, The Edge, Jay-Z and Rihanna—will be available to download on iTunes starting Saturday (Jan. 23).

Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti Foundation, UNICEF, Oxfam America, Partners in Health and Red Cross are among the organizations receiving funds from the telethon.
