Since 2007, NPR’s All Songs Considered has sponsored a stage at Austin, Texas music conference South By Southwest, hosting such up-and-comers as Vampire Weekend and Bon (not to be confused with Bob) Iver. Now, the folks at NPR Music are turning to listeners to choose who will play the stage that last year hosted the likes of the Avett Brothers and Dirty Projectors.
To make a suggestion, visit NPR ASC blog. Popular choices so far include Athens, Ga.‘s Reptar and Brooklyn’s Yoni Gordon and the Goods.. Think you’ve heard better? Now’s your chance to say your piece.
