The National Announces New Album, Spring Tour
It’s been over two years since The National released our favorite album of 2007, and waiting for their follow-up has been almost as aching an experience as listening to the chorus of Boxer’s penultimate track, “Ada.”
Fortunately, the wait won’t persist much longer. Today, The National announced the May release of the as-yet-untitled Boxer follow-up on 4AD, and some spring tour dates to boot.
U.S. ticket pre-sales begin tomorrow at 10 a.m. EST and run through 10 p.m. Thursday. London and Berlin pre-sales begin Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. EST and end at 10 p.m. Thursday. The password for all pre-sales is BloodBuzz.
