Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Method Man Finally Set Album Release Date, Still Need Group Name
Last summer, a sneak preview of Ghostface Killah new record made Paste managing editor Nick Marino sad, but maybe Ghostface was just saving up for his forthcoming collaboration with his Wu-Tang brothers Raekwon and Method Man.
The anticipation began when the project was announced last summer, and Ghostface assured fans that listeners would get 12 “phat, tight bullets” from the hip-hop trifecta.
Here we are, almost six months later, and after being pushed back a few times, the album, titled Three, the Hard Way finally has a release date, March 9, according to a Raekwon vlog.
Although the album details are pretty squared away, the group itself still needs a name. In January, Ghostface posted a MySpace blog that asked fans to suggest names for the trio via text. If they like it, your name will be in the record’s liner notes.
