The Black Keys are a busy band, even though they haven’t been operating under their proper moniker much in the past year. In 2009, frontman Dan Auerbach released his solo album, Keep It Hid. Not to be outdone, drummer Partick Carney and his band Drummer put out Feel Good Together, their full-length debut. Last year, the pair also collaborated with an impressive list of marquee hip-hop stars (RZA, Mos Def, Raewkon and Q-Tip among other) for Blakroc.

But we haven’t seen a new Black Keys album since 2008’s Attack & Release. That’s all about to change when the band releases its sixth LP, Brothers, May 18 on Nonesuch Records. The 15-track album features a song produced by Danger Mouse (“Tighten Up”) and a cover of Jerry Butler’s “Never Gonna Give You Up.”).
