New Sun Kil Moon Album Coming in July

Aside from releasing a record of live cuts, Sun Kil Moon’s Mark Kozelek has been laying relatively low since his impressive third release, April, in 2008. July 13, he’ll return with _April_’s follow-up, the 10-track Admiral Fell Promises out on his own Caldo Verde record label (via Pitchfork).

Kozelek is throwing in a bonus EP of covers for those who order the album through Caldo Verde’s website. Entitled I’ll Be There, it includes Kozelek’s versions of tracks from Sterolab, Casiotone for the Painfully Alone and the Jackson 5.
