Bravo Casting New Reality Show, This Time for Songwriters

Bravo, the network that brought you such reality-show porn as Project Runway, Top Chef and all those crazy Real Housewives, is launching a new one. And this time, they’re mining America for musical talent. Hitmakers, described by the network as “the ultimate music competition,” will have open castings in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Nashville, and is also accepting YouTube applications.

For more casting information, visit HitmakersCasting.com. Applicants must be able to play their own instrument and sing the songs they write; all genres are welcome. The show’s winner will be given a cash prize, a publishing deal with Sony ATV and a development deal writing for RCA/Jive.
