Katherine Heigl Cast in The Age of Adaline

Katherine Heigl has been cast in The Age of Adaline.

The 31-year-old actress will play a young woman who becomes ageless following an accident in the early 20th century in the Mills Goodloe and Sal Pascowitz scripted movie.

Steve Golin, Alix Madigan, Sidney Kimmel, Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will produce the movie.

A male lead in the project, which is due to begin filming in October, has yet to be cast, and no director has been confirmed.

Rosenberg told the Hollywood Reporter: “We’re moving very quickly on this one. We hope to have all the pieces in place in a short time.”

The Age of Adaline currently has no planned release date.
