Ratatat Preps New Album, Reveals Tracklist

If you can’t guess the title of Ratatat’s fourth album, here’s a hint: their third record, which came out in 2008, was called LP3. Two years later, the electronic duo is preparing for the June 8 release of LP4 on XL.

As Mike Stroud told us last year, LP4 is filled with “weird, new sounds… It’s always exciting for me to hear something that [makes] you stop and be like, ‘Whoa, what is that?’” To that end, Stroud told Paste that the 12-track LP would feature lots of Japanese strings.
