Want to Star in a Short Film With James Franco?

On Monday, May 24, you could go from Average Joe to James Franco co-star, if you’re the lucky winner of 826 Valencia’s contest. For $25 a ticket, you can enter to win a chance to work with Franco on a short film produced in San Francisco. And whether or not you end up collaborating with Mr. Franco, you can feel good about your donation: The money raised will go to support 826’s free student programming. (Also, it’s tax deductible.)

826 Valencia is a nonprofit organization focused on encouraging and enhancing writing skills amongst 6-to-18-year-olds. By offering individualized attention, 826 equips kids with the confidence and support system they need to really develop their creative writing.
