Pavement, Guided By Voices, Ted Leo, Cat Power, Many More Help Matador Turn 21 in Las Vegas

Matador Records will celebrate its 21st anniversary this October to the tune of a three-night concert series called The Lost Weekend, to be held at the Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, Nev.

The shows will take place Oct. 1-3, and though the Matablog says the full lineup hasn’t been decided yet, the poster lists several bands, including Pavement and Sonic Youth as the headliners, a move which Las Vegas Weekly predicted back in April. Additional acts included a reunited Guided By Voices (!!) in “classic ‘93-’96 lineup form” (!!!), Spoon, Yo La Tengo, Cat Power, Ted Leo and many more.
