The National Announces New Tour Dates

If you’re bummed that The National didn’t come to a town near you on its 2010 summer tour, there’s a good chance that you’ll worry no more: The New York-based, Ohio-bred quintet just released a bevy of new tour dates through September and October with stops in several additional cities. According to an e-mail sent out by the band, multitalented Canadian Owen Pallett will be supporting all new U.S. dates. In addition, there are pre-sales for The National’s new shows in Indianapolis, Houston, Dallas and Pomona.
