The Walkmen Ready New Album, Announce Tour Dates

New York rockers The Walkmen have been hard at work since their 2008 release—and Paste favorite—You & Me. The follow-up, Lisbon. will see the light of day on Sept. 14 when it is released by Fat Possum.

Pitchfork reports that the band worked on the 11-song album over the course of the last two years. It was produced by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Mountain Goats) and engineered by Chris Zane (Passion Pit, Les Savy). The guys also have a slew of tour dates at festivals and throughout the UK starting in July. Dates below:
