During a panel discussion at Comic-Con this past weekend, Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy revealed that the show’s writers are working up an episode devoted to the twisted, Transylvania tunes of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. According to Hollywood Reporter, Murphy says he got the idea from Chris Colfer (Emmy nominated for his portrayal of Glee character Kurt Hummel), who mentioned wanting to do a rendition of “Time Warp” next season.
Murphy revealed a few other plot details for next season as well, including a religion-themed episode that features Mercedes at her church, a Santana/Brittany kiss, and return guest appearances by Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel.
No word yet on any Rocky Horror details, like who among the cast members has been pegged to play Dr. Frank-N-Furter, in all his/her fishnet glory.

SO FRICKING EXCITED. This is the only thing I've heard as far as themed Glee episodes that makes me wet myself.
I'm so fucking excited...:) Brittany and Santana, Rocky Horror, Brittany singing Britney, Kurt's new boyfriend, Tina with Mike, another Madonna episode...this is going to be great. The only thing I'm a little nervous about is that the writers sometimes bend the plot to serve the songs, making it seemed forced. I hope the storyline stays the most important part and the songs they choose are really fitting.
