U2 Reschedules Postponed North American Tour Dates
The 16 North American tour dates U2 was forced to postpone after Bono’s recent back injuries have now been rescheduled for next summer.
Consequence of Sound reports that the rescheduled 360° tour dates will kick off May 21 at Invesco Field in Denver and keep U2 on the road through July 23. The band also recently announced several European dates that launch this fall. While tickets for the North American shows aren’t available for purchase at this time, all original ticketholders will be able to attend the rescheduled shows.
As Consequence of Sound points out, the gap between the band’s June 7 and 17 performances leaves room for some additional dates, maybe even a festival performance or two (perhaps they’ll make up for their absence at Glastonbury this year).
