Watch the Paranormal Activity 2 Trailer

The much-anticipated trailer for Paranormal Activity 2 saw its debut with the release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, yesterday. Apparently, the 72-second teaser, which replays the last scene from the original film and entices viewers with disappearing babies and shots taken with multiple security cameras (as opposed to the single camera used in the first movie), was too much for some Twilight fans to handle. According to Vulture, the trailer has already been pulled from several theaters in Texas after patrons complained it was “too scary.”

The sequel to one of our 25 best horror movies of all time is slated for an Oct. 22 release. Oren Peli, who directed Paranormal Activity, produced the follow-up film, while Kevin Greutert (Saw VI) sat in the director’s chair.
