New Belle & Sebastian Album Gets Title, Artwork

Belle & Sebastian announced a handful of North American tour dates earlier this summer in anticipation of their eighth studio album. The band recorded it in Los Angeles earlier this year.

There’s no release date announced yet, but the album will be titled Belle & Sebastian Write About Love. The album art features Kim from the Glasgow band Zoey Van Goey, who wrote the band’s name and album in a public place and posed with it; they are offering “a trophy of some sort” to fans who submit similar photos of the album title chalked in public places.
