Paul McCartney to Glee: Don't Forget About The Beatles!

Glee creator Ryan Murphy told reporters at a recent meeting of the Television Critic’s Association that the show plans to do something involving Paul McCartney in the future— a plan that McCartney himself set in motion, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Vulture further reports that McCartney sent Murphy a two-disc “mixtape” of songs including The Beatles’ “Michelle,” and a note which read: “Hi Ryan, I hope you’d consider these songs for Glee.”

Glee recently made headlines for racking up a whopping 19 Emmy nominations this year.
