Joel McHale, Aziz Ansari, Many More Very Funny People Scheduled for NY Comedy Festival

It seems the New York Comedy Festival organizers looked to 30 Rockefeller Center for their headliners.

This year’s ‘fest will feature two headliners from the NBC Thursday comedy lineup — Community’s lovable jerk Joel McHale and Parks and Recreation’s Aziz Ansari (no word on whether or not DJ Roomba will accompany, but hey, we can dream).

McHale and fellow comic-turned-sitcom-star Louis C.K. (of FX’s Louie) will perform their sets at hallowed New York venue Carnegie Hall.

The festival takes place Nov. 3-7 and will also feature sets from Adam Carolla, Margaret Cho, Luis Jimenez, Gabriel Iglesias, Kevin Hart, Rosie O’Donnell, Brian Regan, Maz Jobrani and Nick Swardson.
