Ra Ra Riot Releases Video, Streams Album on NPR

If you’re in an indie-rock band and you don’t have some affiliation with a cat, it’s time to get on the ball. With the release of the music video for its new song “Boy,” which features kittens in a parking lot, Ra Ra Riot becomes the latest band to utilize the apparent hipster appeal of felines after Best Coast, Wavves and Klaxons all featured cats prominently on their album art.

“Boys” is off Ra Ra Riot’s upcoming album, The Orchard, which will be released next Tuesday, Aug. 24, on Barsuk. NPR is now streaming the entire album, so take a listen here, and check out the video for “Boys” below.
