Massive Attack Announce Benefit EP and Tour with Thievery Corp

Trip hop pioneers Massive Attack plan to drop an EP Nov. 1 benefiting War Child in the midst of a fall tour with electronica duo Thievery Corporation.

War Child supports a network of charities all aiming to better the lives of children affected by warfare worldwide.

The upcoming EP doesn’t mark MA’s first go helping out the children’s charity. In 1995, the Brits participated in War Child’s compilation Help: Bosnian Relief, also featuring Radiohead, Blur and Paul McCartney.

The release includes a film for 2010’s full-length Heligoland’s “Atlas Air” and two brand spankin’ new remixes.

The 12” vinyl EP comes dressed with a numbered screen print and is limited to 1000 copies.
