Our Favorite Daytrotter Portraits

If you, like us, are a big fan of Daytrotter, you’re already very familiar with those colorful line-drawing portraits of artists that accompany each session.

It comes to us via the creative brain-juices of Daytrotter illustrator Johnnie Cluney. The artist-slash-musician hails from the Quad Cities and, according to his bio on the site, “his design adventures began in his early grade school years with ninja turtle drawings, and bubble letters.”

Cluney creates a unique, dynamic portrait for each artist that records something at the Daytrotter studios, and below, we’ve rounded up 24 of our favorites so far.
