Roger Ebert to Host "Twitter Showdown" Tomorrow

Tomorrow (Sept. 11) at the Toronto International Film Festival, Roger Ebert and friends will take to Twitter for a movie-themed showdown.

Ebert (@ebertchicago) will be joined by Rainn Wilson (@rainnwilson) of The Office, Movie City News critic David Poland (@DavidPoland), indieWIRE critic Eric Kohn (@erickohn), RogerEbert.com correspondent Grace Wang (@graciehwang The AV Club critic Scott Tobias (@scott_tobias).

The panel will respond in 140 characters or less to Ebert’s ideas about the film industry, and audience members will judge each tweet.

Twitter users will be able to follow the event as it happens here.

The tweet-off will get underway tomorrow at 4 p.m. EST.
