The Quarrymen Kick Off U.S. Tour

The Quarrymen—John Lennon’s pre-Beatles group—have invaded America to celebrate what would be their former bandmate’s 70th birthday.

Rod Davis, Colin Hanton and Len Garry will perform at several screenings of Nowhere Boy, the upcoming Lennon biopic, as part of the Happy Birthday, John! Tour. The trek kicked off yesterday and all remaining dates are as follows:

30 — Los Angeles, Calif. @ Grauman’s Egyptian Theatre, West Coast Premiere of Nowhere Boy
