The hype surrounding Glee has finally hit Beatlemania levels of popularity.

This week the cast recordings from the Emmy-nominated show broke the Fab Four’s record for the most Billboard Hot 100 chart appearances by a non-solo act.

Six more songs from Glee hit the chart this week, bringing their total up to 75 hits compared with the Beatles’ 71. Elvis Presley’s still holding onto his throne as the artist with the most hits of all time with a whopping 108. At this rate, it’s only a matter of time until those Glee kids are crowned the new kings of the chart.
