U2 manager Paul McGuinness recently told the Irish Times that fans can expect a new album from Bono and company sometime in the spring.
McGuinness said the album will drop before the next leg of the group’s world tour. “I would expect a new U2 album sooner than anybody thinks,” he said. “I would guess early 2011, before the next leg of the American tour, which starts in May.”
This confirms Bono’s statements back in August that the band would have an album out before they return to North America in the summer.
