The Rural Alberta Advantage Announces New Album
Canadian indie rockers The Rural Alberta Advantage will release their follow-up to 2009’s Hometowns on March 1 via Paper Bag Records.
Departing will be a companion piece to Hometowns, tackling themes such as small towns and break-ups. The band will be previewing the album at a show on Jan. 12 at the Mercury Lounge, but don’t get too excited; it’s already sold out.
The group’s also plotting a North American tour, but dates haven’t been revealed yet.
