Director Ivan Reitmann Calls Ghostbusters 3 Script "Really Good"

Ivan Reitmann, producer and director of the first two Ghostbusters movies, has already confirmed that Ghostbusters 3 is real, and now he’s discussing the script, saying it’s “really good.”

He said all this and more in a recent interview with ComingSoon.net. In the conversation, he also comments on the multitude of internet rumors about Ghostbusters 3 that propose everything from Bill Murray disliking the script (“He has not read a thing,” Reitmann says), to Murray coming back as a ghost (“Oh, no”).

On the positive side, Reitmann does say “All the original characters have parts. As well as a whole bunch of new characters… it’s got a really good story, this one. Maybe the best of the whole series. I hope we get to do it.” We do too.
