Mark Waters in Talks to Direct Beatles Time-Travel Movie
Mean Girls director Mark Waters is in talks to direct a time-travel, Beatles-themed comedy, according to Variety.
Chris McCoy wrote the script, which tells the story of two friends who travel back in time to preclude John Lennon from meeting Yoko Ono, thereby preventing The Beatles from breaking up. Waters will produce with Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, Matt Berenson and Jessica Tuchinsky.
