Finally, a Will Ferrell/John C. Reilly Rap Album

The rumors of a full-length rap album from Step Brothers stars John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell have been confirmed by none other than the movie’s director Adam McKay.

The news was released via Twitter, with McKay saying “I wasn’t kidding about Step Bros rap album. And we just found out we have a crazy big time producer. Mos Def, you up for a guest flow?” Although Mos himself has neither confirmed nor denied his involvement in the project, the album does seem to be a reality.

Ferrell and Reilly are better known in the hip-hop world as Huff N’ Doback. The duo first gave everyone a taste of their lyrical skills with the hilarious track “Boats and Hoes.” Recently, the two released a parody of Bing Crosby and David Bowie’s “Little Drummer Boy,” just in time to spread some holiday chuckles.
