The King's Speech and The Fighter Win Big at Screen Actors Guild Awards

<em>The King's Speech</em> and <em>The Fighter</em> Win Big at Screen Actors Guild Awards

The 17th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards took place last night, and The King’s Speech and The Fighter were the biggest winners, relatively speaking, each taking home a pair of awards.

The King’s Speech won “Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture” and star Colin Firth received “Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role.” The Fighter’s Christian Bale and Melissa Leo each took home a statue for “Outstanding Performance in a Supporting Role.”

Natalie Portman won “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role” for Black Swan.
