The Streets Gives Away Album, Encourages Fans to Seek Out Soup
The Streets’ Mike Skinner may be retiring, but that doesn’t mean he can’t throw a weird surprise our way before he does.
Skinner recently made his second-to-last album Cyberspace and Reds available to iPhone users after downloading his free app. Fans who did were then sent on a scavenger hunt to scan two bar codes using the app. One bar code was made available on Skinner’s website while the other had to be scanned from a 300g tin of Heinz tomato soup.
However, if you don’t want to track down a can of soup from the UK, you can stream the album at Some Kind of Awesome.
