Bill Callahan Unleashes the Apocalypse
After a recording a several albums under his own name, Bill Callahan seems to have put his old stage moniker, Smog, to rest. The lo-fi songwriter will be putting out Apocalypse, his third Bill Callahan record, this spring. The upcoming release will be Callahan’s first new work since 2009’s excellent Sometimes I Wish We Were An Eagle.
While few details have been unveiled so far, Apocalypse will arrive in stores on April 19 via Drag City.
