FX Renews The League for Third Season

While a TV show about middle-aged fantasy football participants perhaps doesn’t seem like the most successful subject for a sitcom, FX will be bringing back The League for a third season. The show will be picked up for 13 more episodes, with production scheduled for sometime this summer.

Last fall, The League followed up Paste-favorite It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Season 3 is expected to air once again during football season, though no confirmed times have been announced.
