Vivian Girls Offer Pre-Order Download in Wake of Album Leak

In the wake of their upcoming record, Share The Joy, recently getting leaked, lo-fi rockers Vivian Girls have responded by offering a digital download of the album for anyone who pre-orders the April 12 release.

The Vivian Girls issued the following statement regarding the decision:

“Did you hear the news? Our new album, Share The Joy, already leaked. Oh well. Instead of dealing with illegal downloads, bit torrents, and all that other annoying stuff you have to deal with when downloading albums online, we’re putting it up for instant download for all pre-orders. So you can listen to the whole album right now (legally) if you pre-order!”
