The twin U.K. festivals Reading and Leeds have announced their 2011 lineups, with The Strokes, Muse and My Chemical Romance to headline with Brit-pop group Pulp named as a co-headliner. Tickets went on sale minutes after the announcement, with a weekend pass costing £192.50.
