Gomez Announces New Album Along with Free Song Download

After revealing tour dates in the U.K., England-based Gomez have announced a new album, Whatever’s On Your Mind, along with a free download of the single, “Options,” on their website.

The following post broke the news:

Hello dear friends! We’re ready. You’re ready. Damn this state of readiness is killing me. Let me tell you something.

Our unbelievably great new album, Whatever’s On Your Mind, will be released in the UK (Eat Sleep) and Europe on June 6th, Australia (Shock) on June 10th, and in North America (ATO) and the rest of the world on June 21st.

The post goes on to say more information will emerge in the coming months, with everything from “behind-the-scenes looks at the making of the album to exclusive deluxe pre-orders, videos, tour announcements and everything in between.”

Members of the band also have some new tour dates in addition to the U.K. shows. Many of them are solo shows from Ben Ottewell, who released his solo album, Shapes and Shadows, in February. A few performances include two other Gomez members, Ian Ball and Tom Gray.
