<em>Labyrinth</em>, <em>The Dark Crystal</em> To Be Aired in HD

On Memorial Day, two fantasy films directed by Jim Henson, Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, will be aired in HD on HDNet.

Lisa Henson, CEO of The Jim Henson Company, said, “We have initiated a company-wide effort to relaunch these titles across both targeted and broad distribution platforms including all forms of television, digital, publishing and consumer products, making these much-loved titles easily available to the loyal fans who continue to support them."

The Dark Crystal, directed by Frank Oz, is about to reach its 30th anniversary, while Labyrinth, produced by George Lucas, is celebrating its 25th.

This one-night only event takes place May 30 at 8 p.m.
