In January of 2002, Mark Beemer’s wife lost her battle with breast cancer. Devastated by his loss, Beemer decided to take a stand against the cancer that changed his life and so many others’. Mark funneled his energy and creative talents into creating Shirts For A Cure.
Before he began his crusade against cancer, Beemer was a music photographer/eccentric concert-goer. He’s now using his love of music to raise awareness about breast cancer. Proceeds from each SFAC sale go to educating underprivileged women about the dangers of breast cancer and provides financial assistance for high-cost cancer treatments. All of the shirts at Shirts For A Cure feature band art, with a huge range of acts to choose from. Each shirt design has been donated by the band and is exclusive to the site.
Paste has teamed up with SFAC to give away 50 shirts featuring a Paste recommended band, Fake Problems. Watch the videos below to learn more.
The first 50 people to email us their name and address at pasteshirtsforacure@gmail.com will receive a custom SFAC Fake Problems t-shirt. Prizes are limited, so enter now for your chance to WIN!
*One entry per household, please.
