The Cure, Kiss and Billy Joel Contribute to Paul McCartney Covers Album

Paul McCartney is gathering up musicians to contribute to a covers album of songs from the former Beatle’s solo catalog and his work with Wings. The Cure, Kiss and Billy Joel are among the performers recruited for the project.

McCartney’s son, James, is also featured on the album collaborating with The Cure. James and the band recently recorded their effort at a studio in Sussex, but it hasn’t been revealed which song they contributed.

No release plan for the the album has been announced as of yet.
