CORRECTION: A representative for Bonnaroo reports that the story from The Independent linked below is incorrect. NPR won’t be webcasting Bonnaroo. The original story read as follows:
Bonnaroo is sold out, but for those who were unable to snag a ticket, full concerts will be broadcast via National Public Radio.
NPR plans to stream select concerts from the four day festival through their music website, on their music iPhone app and on partner radio stations across the U.S.
Arcade Fire, The Black Keys, Mumford & Sons, The Strokes, The Decemberists and My Morning Jacket are all slated to appear at the Manchester, Tenn. festival.
Regular tickets are sold out, but VIP tickets are still available for the June 9-12 event and can be purchased for $674.75 per person, plus fees.
For more information on the webcast or to check out concerts from last year’s festival, visit the NPR website.
